weekend update

Last saturday, my auntie from Kelantan came to KL and i was invited her family to have a breakfast in my house .  Just cooked a simple dishes , nasi lemak with ayam goreng berempah and rendang kerang and of course must have sambal tumis and telur rebus to complete the dish , unfortunately no timun and kacang goreng, all finish in 1 hour..fuhhh lega rasa...and i made sardin puff for her kids , the recipe i took from Jintan manis blog, puff made using roti prata. simple yet very yummylicious. thank you for sharing the recipe.

Sunday: Went to Wangsa Maju to meet my brother, ehsan or  Pak Lang . Pak Lang was so kind to belanja us at Saba Restaurant ( Arab Cuisine ) at Jalan Jelatek, next to Seri Maya condo. my review about this restaurant on the food that we ordered yesterday,
Lamb Mandhi and chicken briyani: briyani rice was not cooked properly.  Lamb meat is so tender, i like. the chicken, i dont like the texture of the chicken. its too soft , its just like the chicken was drown in the soup for too long. the dish came with side orders, curry or dalca, not too sure but it taste like dalca...hehehe..whatever it is..and also sambal tomato, i like the sambal very much, without the sambal i think the food will taste so so only.
we also ordered Baklava, 1st time for me . finally....i can taste the baklava!! heheheh..( jakun sekejap ) i was so excited...but when baklava go to my mouth....i dont know what to say...i cannot describe on the taste. my imagination on this baklava is, crispy and serve hot but...
i must try baklava recipe soon...bukan susah pon....cewahhh..( mcm pandai sangat )
overall food is ok, so so saja..
service , very good.
will i go again ? maybe yes , to tried another dishes or if Pak lang Ehsan nk blanja lg la..hehehehe...
